This will be a hands-on application of the principles involved in storing summer produce to be enjoyed on cold winter days. Learn how to safely preserve the harvest at its nutritional best without additives. Allows the use of produce to make those family favourites as well as possible gift items.
Take home a jar of fruit jelly and zucchini relish or salsa.
