Let's eat those weeds! Learning about wild edible plants gives us plenty of opportunities to practice permaculture... observation, pattern recognition, waste=food, stacking functions, appreciating edges, diversity and local resources. In and beyond our gardens, on lawns, and in small patches of green almost anywhere in the city, Earth provides abundance. Some of this surplus offers tasty eatin' and helps open our senses to Wild Nature in the city!
